Dr. Tshilidzi Madzivhandila is an experienced applied research, policy analysis, monitoring & evaluation, and policy advocacy specialist in the areas of food systems, agriculture, and natural recourses. He has more than 20 years working experience. Tshilidzi holds a Ph.D. Degree in Economics. Currently, he is the Chief and Executive Officer (CEO) and Head of Mission of the Food, Agriculture and Natural Resources Policy Analysis Network (FANRPAN), and also a member of the South African Government 3rd National Planning Commission.
