(2011 – 2014)
The project enhanced the capacity of policy analysts and scientists in the fields of agriculture, climate, and socioeconomics to collectively build a strong base of evidence on cropping systems to inform adaptation policies and investment decisions. It strengthened local scientific expertise and contextual knowledge; promoted partnership and networking among adaptation researchers; developed methodology for assessing adaptation investment; strengthened multi-stakeholder and trans-disciplinary national and regional policy dialogue platforms; and developed and revised NAPAS based on the evidence produced.
