Programme Manager - Policies and Markets Programme
Two of CTA's strategic goals relate to supporting agricultural and natural resource management policy processes and strengthening priority agricultural value chains in African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) regions. The Policies and Markets Programme will lead and coordinate CTA's work in achieving these goals. The Programme Manager will have primary responsibility for developing and implementing CTA's conceptual framework for knowledge-based interventions that facilitate policy processes and value chains development for food and nutritional security and income growth of small-holder farmers in ACP regions.

The ideal candidate would have a strong commitment to development and interest in engaging with different stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

Programme Manager – ICT for Rural Development Programme
One of CTA's strategic goals is to strengthen the information, communication and knowledge management capacities of agricultural and rural development institutions and networks in Africa, Caribbean and the Pacific (ACP) countries. ICTs play a key role in enhancing timely access to information, including market information that will enable small-holder farmers—in particular women and youth—a better chance of improving their productivity and competitiveness.

The Programme Manager will be responsible for the strategic development and implementation CTA's work in ICTs for Rural Development, ensuring complementarity and synergy with the other programmes.

Senior Program Coordinator – Agricultural Policy
One of CTA's three strategic goals is to support agricultural and natural resource management policies and strategies in ACP regions that are conducive to the needs of small-holder farmers, particularly women.

The Senior Programme Coordinator-Agricultural Policy will initiate and facilitate partnership projects with key stakeholders to support regional policy processes and strategies related to food and nutritional security, climate change and agriculture. He/she contributes to the development of strategic priorities and manages a portfolio of partnership grants focused on understanding past successes and failures in order to inform today's investments and policies.

Senior Programme Coordinator - Value Chains
One of CTA's three strategic goals is to support priority agricultural value chains in Africa, Caribbean and Pacific countries (ACP) regions that contribute to food and nutritional security and poverty reduction. The Senior Programme Coordinator – Value Chains will identify and develop partnership projects that complement regional/national initiatives through experience and knowledge sharing, synthesis, communication and advocacy.

The projects will promote innovation, value addition, investments, trade and markets that sustain priority Value Chain development in ACP especially for small-scale producers, particularly women. This will involve a strong partnership/collaboration with existing Value Chain actors and lead firms (i.e. governments entities, producers, agri-businesses, educators, services providers, local and international partners).

Senior Programme Coordinator – E-Publishing & Digital Resources
The Senior Programme Coordinator – E-Publishing & Digital Resources will spearhead CTA's effort in achieving two key objectives – massively expanding the Centre's digital publishing efforts and supporting African, Caribbean and the Pacific agricultural institutions in the development of their digital resources and online presence.

In an expanding and evolving digital environment with a global trend towards open access to information resources, he/she will ensure that CTA's publications and multimedia products are widely disseminated and highly valued.

In line with CTA goal of strengthening the information, communication and knowledge management capacities of its partners in ACP , he/she will supervise CTA's activities to support selected ACP institutions in managing digital resource and developing e-publishing.

Web Coordinator
The Web Coordinator ensures that CTA has a strong online presence by implementing an integrated approach for the Centre's websites and portals. He/she is responsible for leading the development and deployment of an integrated content management system that provides a powerful platform for CTA and its partners for content delivery and collaboration.

The Web Coordinator is responsible for the online experience of the CTA's clients, partners, and employees. By putting in place strategies, procedures and tools for decentralized sourcing, editing, updating and discovery of content while maintaining high standards of quality and integrity , the Web Coordinator ensures that CTA's Web resources are among the best in agriculture and rural development.

The Web Coordinator is responsible for developing and manage the use of the internet and intranet sites and to advise on policy and security procedures. The Web Coordinator ensures that the websites are easy to navigate and respond to the needs of clients, partners and staff. Nature and Scope of Position

Junior Expert – Learning, Monitoring and Evaluation
The LME unit will ensure that CTA's annual work programme is consistent with the strategy and the outputs and outcomes are monitored closely, and will provide essential feedback to programmes, management and the Executive Board that will allow CTA to make any mid-course adjustments that might be required.
